Europe does not expose per-VIN build data, so here is the honest EU layer: official fleet-level CO2, fuel mix and registration statistics for every model reported by member states under Regulation (EU) 2019/631. Pick a make.
What this data is
Every new passenger car registered in the EU is reported to the European Environment Agency with its CO2 figure, fuel type, mass and power. We aggregate it per model and year - fleet averages, not per-vehicle values.
Why no EU per-VIN decode?
EU national registries are closed and manufacturer databases are restricted to authorized operators. Structural VIN decoding (manufacturer, country, year) still works for EU vehicles on the decoder - and this page covers the model-level facts.
US-market data
For US-market vehicles we go deeper: EPA fuel economy and NHTSA recalls per year-make-model, plus full VIN decodes from the official database.
