THIS POSSIBLE FAILURE COULD BE CAUSED BY (1) THE FRACTURE OF THE STARTER RING GEAR ITSELF AT THE MOUNTING HOLES DUE TO AN INCORRECT POSITIONING OF THE MOUNTING HOLES, OR (2) BY THE FAILURE OF THE MOUNTING SCREWS.
